By using yallanalab.net or any related service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
Definitions
The platform: the YallaNalab website, its app and any related service.
The captain: the person who creates the account and represents the team.
The team: the entity the captain registers on the platform.
What the service is
- YallaNalab is a technical intermediary that helps teams find each other and arrange matches.
- The platform is not a party to any match, does not organise it, does not own the pitches, and does not guarantee that the other team turns up.
- Any agreement on the pitch, the cost or extra services is an agreement between the two teams directly.
Accounts
- One account per captain, one team per account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your password safe.
- Sharing an account, or impersonating another team or person, is not allowed.
Acceptable use
- No offensive, racist or unlawful content in a team's name, crest or description.
- No manipulation of results, rankings or ratings.
- No undisclosed commercial use of the platform and no automated harvesting of team data.
- No conduct that disrupts the platform or attempts to breach it.
Results and ranking
- A result is recorded simply — win, loss or draw — and confirmed by both teams.
- Ratings reflect punctuality and fair play.
- The platform may amend or cancel any result shown to have been manipulated.
Intellectual property
- The names YallaNalab and يلا نلعب, their logos and mascots and the platform's designs belong to us and may not be used without written permission.
- Your team crest stays yours; by uploading it you grant us a licence to display it within the platform and in related promotional content.
Suspension
We may suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
Disclaimer
- The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We accept no liability for injury, damage or financial dispute arising from a match arranged through the platform.
- Each team is responsible for the safety of its players and for insuring them where required.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may amend these terms; continuing to use the platform after an amendment is published counts as acceptance of it.
