Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for non-commercial purposes, on these terms.
What the licence does not cover
- Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering or deriving the app's code.
- Renting, selling or redistributing it.
- Using bots or emulators to interact with its services.
Eligibility
You must be 16 or over and authorised to represent your team.
Permissions the app asks for
Notifications: to tell you about match requests and confirmations.
Camera and photos: to upload your team crest and match photos. Optional; we will not reach your photo library unless you ask us to.
Approximate location: to suggest nearby teams and pitches. Optional, and you can turn it off in your device settings at any time.
Content you upload
- You are fully responsible for any image, name or text you upload.
- You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- We may remove infringing content without notice.
Updates
We may ship automatic updates. Some updates are needed for the app to keep working, and older versions may stop functioning.
Availability
The service may pause for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We aim to keep any outage short and to announce it in advance where we can.
Fees
Registration, creating a team and sending match requests are free. Any paid service in future will be announced clearly inside the app before you use it.
App stores
Downloading the app is also subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms. The store is not a party to this agreement and bears no responsibility for the app.
Ending the licence
This licence ends automatically when you delete the app or when your account is suspended for breaching the terms.
Relationship to the other terms
These terms are read together with the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy; the three form the whole agreement between you and us.
