Scope of this policy
- This policy covers the website yallanalab.net, the YallaNalab mobile app, and any service we offer under the same name.
- By using the website or the app you agree to what is set out here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we collect
Account data: name, mobile number, email address — supplied by the captain when creating an account.
Team data: team name, crest, description, level, format, preferred areas and times. This is team data, not data about individuals.
Match data: match requests, results and the ratings attached to them.
Technical data: device type, operating system, IP address and error logs — for operation and security only.
Contact messages: whatever you send through the contact form on the website.
What we do not collect
- We do not create accounts for individual players and we do not collect their personal data.
- We do not ask for bank card details inside the app.
- We do not collect your precise location in the background.
Why we use your data
- To match your team with suitable teams and arrange matches between you.
- To build your team's record and ranking and show them in the Hall of Glory.
- To contact you about your account, your request or your report.
- To improve the service and detect abuse.
Sharing
- We do not sell your data. We share it only in these cases:
- With technical service providers (hosting, notifications, analytics) and only as far as running the service requires.
- With the competent authorities on a lawful request.
- Your team name, crest and record are visible to other teams inside the app — that is the point of the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as the account is active. When an account is deleted, personal data is removed within a reasonable period; match records may be kept in a form that does not identify you, to keep rankings sound.
Your rights
- Access your data and ask for a copy of it.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your account and your data.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.

Security
We use encrypted connections and internal access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we undertake to notify you of any breach affecting your data.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies to run your session and remember your language. You can disable them in your browser; some pages may then not work properly.
Children
The service is for people aged 16 and over. If we learn of an account below that age we close it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the last-updated date at the top of the page. Material changes are announced inside the app.
